Return & Refund Policy

Every Pick Stag™ is hand-assembled and "factory-primed" in Rochester, NY. Because we use 3D-printed Silk PLA and industrial magnets, each unit is a precision tool that requires a specific "break-in" period.

What We Cover (30-Day Guarantee):

Magnet Failure: If your magnet ever loses its bond or becomes unseated under normal use, we will replace your unit free of charge.

• Manufacturing Defects: If your Pick Stag arrives with a structural crack or defect that prevents it from holding a pick out of the box, we’ll make it right.

What We Do Not Cover (The "Buck Stag" Rule):

• Forced Damage: The Pick Stag is engineered for finesse. We do not offer refunds for units that have been snapped, cracked, or deformed by forcing picks at improper angles or using excessive force.
• Heat Exposure: Like most high-end 3D filaments, Silk PLA can soften if left in a hot car (120°F+). Keep your gear cool to keep it strong.

The "Break-In" Strings: Please note that tiny filament "break-in strings" are a natural part of the Silk PLA experience and are not considered a defect. Simply snip the string as per Buck Stag’s Field Guide—it will not affect the structural integrity of your Stag.
